REFERRAL PROGRAM RULES

1. PREAMBLE

The referral program is organized by Boxrider remorques, camps del pilou, 978299782, mickael@boxrider.com, in accordance with:

  • The Consumer Code (articles L. 121-1 et seq.)
  • The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • The rules of fair competition

These regulations define the eligibility conditions, participation procedures, benefits granted, and obligations of the parties.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • Referrer: Customer who has referred one or more referred customers and whose purchase has been validated.
  • Referred Customer: Customer who has used a referral code to purchase a trailer.
  • Referral Code: Unique identifier generated for each referrer (e.g., Invoice-12345).
  • Eligible Trailer: Any trailer model available for sale on Boxrider.com at the time of purchase.
  • Validity Period: From July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (unless modified).
  • Referral Bonus: Amount paid in the form of a voucher or bank transfer.

3. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

3.1. For the Referrer

✅ Must be of legal age (18 minimum) and reside in metropolitan France or a country where the offer is explicitly available. ✅ Must have purchased at least one trailer (even without using a referral code). ✅ Must not be a member of Boxrider staff or a commercial partner.

❌ Exclusions:

  • Purchases made before July 1, 2026.
  • Trailers purchased on promotion.
  • Cancelled, refunded, or returned orders.

3.2. For the Referred Customer

✅ Must be a new customer (never having placed an order before using the referral code). ✅ Must use a valid referral code when placing their first order. ✅ Must purchase an eligible trailer. ✅ Must pay for the order in full

❌ Exclusions:

  • Group or professional orders.
  • Used or clearance trailers.

4. REFERRAL TERMS

4.1. Referral Code Generation

  • The referrer receives a unique code after their account is validated (available on the invoice).
  • Example: Invoice-12345.
  • Code Validity: Unlimited until the end of the program's validity period.

4.2. Code Use by the Referred Customer

  • The referred customer must:
    1. pay for their order in full.

4.3. Order Validation

  • The €100 bonus is deducted from the referred customer's invoice:
    Confirmed delivery and payment of the trailer.
    Verification of eligibility (no return/cancellation).
    The referrer receives a confirmation email as soon as their referred customer has paid for their trailer.

5. BONUS AMOUNTS AND PAYMENT

5.1. Ceilings and Limits

  • Maximum per referrer: €1,000 maximum (i.e., 5 referred customers maximum).
  • Maximum per referred customer: 1 single bonus of €100 (even if they use multiple codes).

5.2. Bonus Accumulation

  • The referrer can accumulate bonuses until the ceiling is reached.
  • The referred customer can only receive one bonus (even if referred multiple times).

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. Referrer's Obligations

  • Do not share their code publicly (social media, forums, etc.) to prevent abuse.
  • Inform their referred customer of the program's conditions (minimum price, eligibility, etc.).
  • Verify the validity of their account (up-to-date email to receive bonuses.

6.2. Referred Customer's Obligations

  • Use the code only during their first order.
  • Do not cancel or return the trailer to retain the bonus.
  • Comply with Boxrider's General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

6.3. Boxrider's Obligations

  • Pay bonuses within the specified deadlines (subject to verification).
  • Clearly communicate the eligibility conditions.
  • Reserve the right to refuse a bonus in case of fraud or abuse.

7. FRAUD AND SANCTIONS

7.1. Identified Fraud

  • Use of fake accounts (e.g., referrer and referred customer = same person).
  • Mass sharing of codes (e.g., posting on Facebook groups).
  • Simulated purchases (orders cancelled after bonus payment).
  • Use of multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses.

7.2. Sanctions

  • Cancellation of bonuses paid.
  • Permanent exclusion from the referral program.
  • Account blockage in case of proven fraud.
  • Legal prosecution in case of embezzlement (Article 313-1 of the Criminal Code).

⚠️ Example: If a referrer shares their code on a forum and 10 people use it, all bonuses will be cancelled, and the referrer will be excluded.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • Bonuses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Customers retain their right of withdrawal for the trailer (according to the general terms and conditions of sale).

9. REGULATION MODIFICATIONS

  • Boxrider reserves the right to:
    • Modify the amounts, conditions, or duration of the program.
    • Suspend the program at any time.
    • Exclude participants in case of abuse.
  • Modifications will be published on www.boxrider.com.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

  • These regulations are governed by French law.
  • Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts, subject to an attempt at amicable resolution.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS

By participating in the referral program, the referrer and the referred customer unreservedly accept the terms of these regulations.
